We are collecting numerous items from a dealer in Europe. This is quite exciting given how long we have had to wait for these parts. One of them is crucial for our Renault TSF project. More to follow on this next time.
Castings have arrived for the Renault FT and TSF – a number of missing handles for some of the hatches and another starting crank handle boss for the rear of the body. These will have to be machined in due course. We are making 8 new bolts to replace those broken which hold the towing pintles. We are very nervous about using the originals as the metal has proved to be very weak in the past.
