This week saw the completion of the cooling fans for the Renault FT and TSF and work continued on the fan shrouds. The self adjusting pulley springs for the fan belt have been fitted. There is some debate as to whether these springs are strong enough. We have kicked off the machining of the casting blanks for the second internal hand start mechanism including the internal gears, which need to be cut, shafts and other related items.
