The final parts were stripped from the late Typ v chassis and it was delivered for chemical dipping to remove all rust thereby allowing the full restoration of this very rare chassis. We also gathered further parts together for the Sd.Kfz 222 and 223 projects. Engines were the real focus here. Identifying what we have. A breakthrough was achieved on the Jagdpanther finish for the second Weald Foundation JP. The antennenfuss for this late vehicle and earlier types are currently being covered by our research group. The Renault FT and TSF received attention to sort out their clutches which had some issues experienced at Tankfest a few weeks back. They have now been fully tested and set ready for departure on Tuesday to the Tank Museum’s Amien show on the 8th August.
