We are working on creating a suspension damper for a separate project. A pattern has been made and two castings produced. All of the internals are being machined by us together with the required oil gulleys. The link arms and spline couplings have been made separately.
More kit has arrived for our MG Werkzeug Kasten. We have been gathering the parts required to complete four of these.
On a separate note, analysis is underway on a Maybach HL230 block to do a geometric scan to assess the twist in the block due to heat introduced through repairs. Crack testing has already been completed and awarded a clean bill of health in this area.
