A very active week. Only 2 of the large square stowage boxes for the Sd.Kfz.261 5.Serie have yet to be fabricated. All are now in hand for the Sd.Kfz.222 and Sd.Kfz. 223. All the small detonator cord cases have been fabricated very accurately from the original in our possession and from additional Sd.Kfz.223 details from the US Army Armor and Cavalry Collection at Fort Benning USA. All of the 3 kg ladung cases are now in hand other than a single example which will need completing for the Sd.Kfz.261 5.Serie. This vehicle already has an original example (providing all of the detail) which has been rescued from the brink by the team. (See the teams output below)
The Horch 3.5 V8 engine for the Sd.Kfz.223 3.Serie continues to be worked on. The current focus is the block and cylinder heads.
We are awaiting some very rare and important components for the Sd.Kfz.250 and Einheitsdiesel projects. We will let you know as soon as they arrive.
